Your main tasks
- Responsibility for professional order processing from A to Z between customers, sales and project management
- Preparation of order invoices
- Preparation of down payment invoices / deposits and advance payments
- Application for credit insurance limits and credit checks
- Customer / address registration
- Checking and forwarding supplier invoices
- Dunning in cooperation with accounting
- Issuance of warranty certificates
- Other active support of sales
- Archiving of order-relevant documents
- Operation of the telephone switchboard in cooperation with other clerks
- Deputizing for the clerical work of the "Chur" department
- Preparation of reference lists for the whole of Switzerland
- Assistance in the accounting department
Your profile
- You have a commercial education or further training
- Ideally, you have experience in internal sales and knowledge in the field of floor coverings
- You have strong IT user skills in MS Office and enjoy learning new tools
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
- You have a quick grasp
- You are resilient, efficient, numbers-oriented and service-oriented
- You have a confident and well-groomed appearance, an independent, solution-oriented, precise way of working and enjoy daily customer contact
- Willingness to travel
