Since its founding in 1962, Knie's Children's Zoo in Rapperswil on Lake Zurich has been a popular meeting place where small and large guests can get to know around 300 individual animals. This extraordinary place radiates a magical fascination.
With the opening of the newly built elephant park in spring 2015 and the associated Thai restaurant Himmapan with up to 250 seats for à la carte and events, Knie's Children's Zoo has established itself even more strongly in the region as a unique adventure park and leading address for high-quality culinary events.

Thai Chefs m/f/d
You are highly motivated to pamper our guests with authentically prepared Thai dishes at the highest level. Both during the day in the free flow self-service and in the evening à la carte or banquet, our guests want to immerse themselves in an authentic world. The entire fascination of Thailand should be palpable.
You bring a lot of expertise and are used to working precisely, cleanly, and reliably.
Requirements:
- Experience in authentic Thai cuisine at the highest quality level
- Experience in staff management and/or as a chef instructor
- Experience in vegetable carving and decoration
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
