Housekeeping Staff

Your tasks – how you support our team:

• Cleaning and maintenance of our apartments, suites, and public areas
• Ensuring our high cleanliness and service standards throughout the resort
• Careful execution of apartment and quality inspections
• Active participation in a smooth daily housekeeping routine As team leader, you also take care of:
• Planning and organizing cleaning processes
• Scheduling and deployment planning of employees
• Coordination of external cleaning companies
• Laundry and material orders
• Leading, motivating, and training the team – appreciative, supportive, and with a smile

You bring with you: 

• Several years of experience in cleaning in hotels and/or serviced apartments
• Understanding of occupational safety as well as professional handling of cleaning agents and environmental regulations
• Confident, appreciative communication style in German and English
• First leadership experience or the motivation to professionally and personally lead and develop a team
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Team spirit, warmth, and strong service orientation
• Willingness to take responsibility and consistently implement quality standards
• Affinity for digital tools for organization and communication
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and during the high season
