These are your main tasks.
As an HR Generalist, you take overall responsibility for:
- Professional, operational, and organizational leadership of HR
- Responsible for the entire HR life cycle (recruitment to exit)
- Independent payroll processing (TOPAS)
- Responsible for time and absence management
- Creating reports on absences and working hours
- Obtaining all relevant permits (work and operating permits)
- Responsibility for apprenticeship management, coordination of the various vocational training profiles in close cooperation with vocational and practical trainers
- Preparation and maintenance of HR key figures and data (KPIs)
- Contact person for management, line, and authorities for all personnel-related topics
- Advice and support for about 100 employees on all HR-relevant topics and questions
- Preparation of monthly and annual personnel accounts in cooperation with the CFO
- Conducting audits/revisions in the personnel area with internal and external auditors/revisors
- Further development and maintenance of personnel processes and personnel fundamentals
- Employee development in cooperation with department heads

- Completed HR training
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
