Your Tasks
- Resource-oriented care, support, and promotion of residents according to the care process
- Role as a reference person
- Taking responsibility for everyday activities including planning, organization,
- Implementation, delegation, and evaluation of activities
- Performing administrative and logistical tasks
- Taking over daily responsibility in the residential group
Your Profile
- Health Specialist EFZ or corresponding SRK recognition for a foreign degree!
- Independent, resilient, and responsible personality
- Commitment and joy in the field of long-term care
- Good PC user skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
