About the job
We are a leading company in precision manufacturing and are looking for you to strengthen our short turning team. Are you a dedicated and qualified CNC machine operator (m/f/d)?
Your responsibilities include:
Operating machine types Okuma, Miyano, Tsugami, and Index short turning machines for parts production
Implementing order planning in quantity and quality
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing maintenance work
Independently manufacturing complex precision turned parts according to the production plan
Setting up CNC machines by proper tool changes
Contributing ideas for process improvement
Working in a 2-shift model, early and late shifts
To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills:
Professional qualification as a production mechanic EFZ, mechatronics practitioner EBA, or good professional experience
Experience operating one or more of the mentioned CNC short turning machines
Knowledge of controls Fanuc, Okuma-OSP, Mitsubishi, or Siemens
Good professional experience in measurement and testing technology and reading drawings (form and positional tolerances)
Systemic thinking and understanding of technical contexts
Quality- and goal-oriented actions as well as solution-oriented mindset
Good German skills at least A2 and communication skills as well as being a team player
High quality awareness and reliable working style
German language skills level at least A2
