About the job
We are looking for an HF nursing specialist to start immediately or by arrangement.

Main tasks:
• Care and support of clients at home
• Independent treatment and basic care
• Accompanying and promoting apprentices
• Reviewing and optimizing care processes
Our requirements for you:
• High social competence, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Enjoyment in dealing with people in need of help
• Independent working style
• Willingness to attend further training
• Good PC skills
• Driver's license and own car
