What you will do with us

Coordination of emergency management for the entire Kilchberg campus and all other relevant locations
Definition and monitoring of control focal points (access control, perimeter protection, video surveillance, access to production areas)
Further development and implementation of security concepts
Processing and planning of projects related to security (e.g., measure monitoring, risk analyses, protection concepts)
Selection and management of external security service providers as well as coordination of internal emergency organization and authorities
Leadership of the team of porters at the Kilchberg site to support and control external service providers and technical monitoring of security installations
SPOC function (Single Point of Contact) for security issues at the Kilchberg site
Training and awareness measures for employees (clean desk policy, behavior in case of irregularities, reporting system)
Processing and monitoring of measures from risk analyses and incident reporting

When you fit with us

Completed further education in security management (Bachelor's degree)
Basic training in technical or IT field is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in a comparable function within a larger organization
Solid experience in creating and implementing concepts
Very good German and English skills
Knowledge in project and risk management
Strong communication skills as well as an open and transparent working style
