Your main tasks: * Operating and monitoring building services systems * Repairs in the electrical area * Organizing and carrying out repair and maintenance work * Conducting building inspections and quality controls including reporting * Processing customer orders in the technical and infrastructural area * Coordinating and supervising third-party companies * On-call duty Your profile: * Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ * Several years of experience in a comparable function * Good PC skills and affinity for handling various specific tools * Driver's license category B * Independent, precise, and well-organized working style * Strong customer and service orientation Ready for us?
