Your tasks in detail
- You support the management of properties, create rental contracts for our tenants, and process apartment terminations
- You handle customer concerns and have regular telephone contact with prospective tenants, tenants, and craftsmen
- You assist in organizing and conducting apartment viewings and handovers
- You gain insight into real estate accounting
- General administrative tasks such as mail processing also belong to your duties
Your profile
Education
Completed compulsory schooling (at least secondary level or equivalent)
Languages
- German (fluent)
- French (good knowledge)
- English (good knowledge)
