Your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit (including payroll preparation, excluding payroll processing)
- Preparation of employment contracts and contract changes
- Checking and applying for work and residence permits
- Processing of sickness and accident reports
- Registration of maternity and family allowances
- Preparation of employer certificates as well as interim earnings statements
- Writing interim and employment references
- Preparation of terminations and termination confirmations
- Preparation of warnings and work requests
- Advising operational managers on labor law issues
- Contact person for authorities, insurance companies and offices
- Support in recruiting new employees
- Taking on general administrative tasks
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in human resources, ideally as a personnel assistant or human resources clerk
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel), ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
- Service-oriented and customer-oriented personality with joy in dealing with people
- High personal responsibility, resilience as well as a flexible, independent and careful way of working
- Strong team skills
