Would you like to gain practical insights into the banking world alongside your studies? We are looking for reinforcement for our team in Solothurn to support the operational daily business. This is your ideal entry to understand banking processes from the ground up.
Your tasks:
- Data Quality: You take on address research, process returned mail, and maintain master data – you are our gatekeeper for clean data.
- Operations: You support documentation, filing, and digitization of files.
- Customer Communication: You competently and friendly answer written and telephone inquiries from our customers.
- Training and ongoing support are guaranteed. You work on-site in Solothurn; home office solutions are possible after training (at least 3 months) and agreement. The employment is limited to the duration of your studies and ends with your successful graduation (exmatriculation).
Your gross hourly wage is: CHF 30.11

- Languages: You have business fluent German; knowledge of French or Italian is a big plus.
- Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and quickly find your way around IT systems.
