ICT Supporter (60-100%)
What you can achieve with us:
- Support our employees in 1st & 2nd level support (clients, server environment, network & telephone systems)
- Analyze and resolve IT disruptions in daily work
- Install, set up, and maintain workstation systems
- Contribute to the further development of our IT environment and services
- Support in IT operations and monitor server and network systems
- Create and update instructions, checklists, and documentation
- Train and support our users in handling IT systems
You will work closely with our specialist departments and gain exciting insights into the processes of a versatile craft business.
What you bring with you:
- Good knowledge of Windows, Office, and client systems
- Experience in ICT support or a technical education related to IT
(motivated career changers with strong technical understanding are also welcome)
- Basic understanding of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Structured working style and enjoyment in analyzing problems and finding solutions
- Helpful, reliable personality with joy in direct contact with users
