Our team at the Central Switzerland General Agency is looking for reinforcement in customer support at the Sursee agency. Central Switzerland represents an important hub of our company in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and, in addition to being the contact point for our customers regarding insurance coverage questions, is also a competent partner for various well-known brokers in our region.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Creating and processing quotes for all insurance sectors as well as handling all related administrative tasks with direct customer contact
• Settlement of claims within the competence of the General Agency
• Active collaboration with our field staff and brokers
• Supervision and training of apprentices
• Direct customer contact by phone and reception
• Assistance with accounting matters

• Commercial training in the insurance industry and experience in customer support at a multi-line insurer
• Strong service orientation with a structured and efficient working style
• Independent, reliable, and balanced personality
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• French skills and other languages are an advantage
