Description and Requirements
We are seeking a Data Center Services Insight Analyst to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence across its Global Product Services (GPS) data center business. This role focuses on generating actionable insights, standardizing forecasting, enabling sales planning, and ensuring governance across global teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally and deliver executive-ready reporting to support business growth and performance. You will report to our Director of SSG (Services and Solutions groups) Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly GPS calls with each geography, focusing on high-impact deals and insight sharing.
- Analyze Point of Sale (POS) and Post Warranty (PW) penetration trends to identify key influencers.
- Embed insights into global cadences such as GPS Insight Calls, ISG MBR, and ISG POR.
- Monitor forecasting accuracy across GPS and Hybrid Cloud Services (HCS).
- Refresh and consolidate monthly executive reporting content for GPS and Sustainability.
- Provide deal-level insights for PW BMS updates and Premier Interlock meetings.
- Support integration of hardware and services forecasting processes and KPIs within 6 months.
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and documentation aligned with strategic clarity and governance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global sales operations or product/service programs in tech or IT services.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal-level analytics.
- Skilled in preparing and presenting executive-level reports with strategic clarity.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams (sales, finance, product).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 for forecasting and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
