As a Sales Manager in the field, you will be on the road five days a week to inspire your customers. You will meet them at their respective locations - whether on construction sites, in workshops, or offices. On site, you will not only demonstrate some of the most innovative products in the industry but also market state-of-the-art software solutions like ON!Track as well as all our services that belong to the Hilti portfolio. Thus, you are independently responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales territory. You plan and organize your workday independently.Classic cold calling does not exist with us. Your core task includes taking care of your existing regional customer base and thus intensively maintaining and deepening our partnership relationships. This way, you will advance your territory in the long term, prove yourself in sales, and lay the foundation for your further career at Hilti.
What you bring:
- A completed university degree in a technical or business-related field or a comparable vocational training
