We are looking for a Fashion Sales Advisor for a fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible
In a demanding and constantly evolving environment, the Fashion Advisor navigates through all the Product universes of the boutique. They demonstrate great versatility and thus become a true ambassador of the Brand's Style and Image, contributing to making CHANEL the ultimate luxury reference.
Combining a keen sense of Customer service, a strong team spirit, a passion for Fashion, and a strong results orientation, the Advisor offers a unique and personalized CHANEL look to each client.
Generous and empathetic, they build strong relationships and thus create, at every moment, a unique and memorable experience for each client, which lasts over time.
MAIN MISSIONS
Customer Experience - in boutique:
- They welcome clients and guide them through a customer journey within the Boutique.
- They offer an ultimate, warm, and tailor-made experience to each client.
- Thanks to their versatility, they present and sell all product lines.
- They know and apply procedures.
Customer Experience – loyalty:
- Thanks to their empathy, the Fashion Advisor has a perfect knowledge of their existing clientele and builds a privileged relationship with their clients.
- They are responsible for developing their client database and client loyalty to extend the CHANEL experience after the Boutique visit.
Ambassador of CHANEL style
- They nurture the desire and dream of our clients for CHANEL, combining the art of storytelling with a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, modernity, and expertise.
- They offer their client a unique silhouette adapted to their desires, personality, and morphology according to CHANEL style.
- They use and develop their knowledge of luxury, fashion trends (CHANEL and other Houses) to advise clients.
Contributor to CHANEL's performance
- They know their objectives and actively propose action plans to achieve them.
- They know the stock and use their knowledge of stock to develop their commercial performance.
- At purchase times, they make purchase proposals based on client feedback on the collection. They also report client comments on the collection to refine boutique purchases.
