For our gravel and concrete plant at the Stetten AG location, we are looking for a committed
Plant Manager (m/f/d) 100%

• Overall responsibility for the operational operation of the gravel plant as well as the RC site
• Ensuring a smooth production process while complying with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Technical leadership of the 5-member team
• Planning and execution of maintenance and revision work
• Optimization of processes and cost structures
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal departments as well as the plant managers at our company locations Villmergen and Rupperswil
• Responsibility for gravel extraction and refilling of two gravel extraction sites

• Completed technical basic training (e.g., metalworker EFZ, machine mechanic EFZ or comparable)
• Further training as a raw material processor with a federal certificate
• Several years of professional experience in a similar professional environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as solution-oriented, structured working method
• Leadership experience and high social competence
• Communicative personality with organizational flair

• 5 weeks or from the age of 50, 6 weeks of vacation as well as various bridge days
