Your new tasks
- Independent implementation of clearly defined household tasks involving our clients
- Observation of changes for early detection and prevention, forwarding to case management
- Service recording and care documentation using Nexus and interRAI-HC
What you bring with you
- Completed course as a Spitex home helper (or willingness to complete it)
- Independent working style and good organizational skills
- Good oral and written German skills as well as computer skills
- Category B driving license is an advantage
