Here you will be involved
- in writing/mostly correcting all reports of the women's clinic from dictation or template
- in organizing and electronically sending documents, files, and reports
- in compiling and organizing inpatient medical records (gynecology & obstetrics), including taking over delegated tasks from doctors
- in managing and maintaining filing systems for doctors and the secretariat
- in managing the KISIM mailbox
- in billing and coding LA-AA
- in various administrative matters
You
- have completed vocational training in the commercial field with further training as a medical and hospital secretary, or completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ
- have several years of professional experience in the women's clinic
- are proficient in writing consultation reports as well as in medical terminology
- have perfect, confident German language skills in speaking and writing
- already have experience with KISIM
- possess flexibility regarding changes
- are a team player, efficient, open, and warm personality
- enjoy working independently
