Specialist Nurse
as Nursing House Manager (80 – 100%)
 

At the centre of our work are people with congenital or acquired, partly severe and multiple impairments. Through differentiated perception, you recognise their needs and accompany them on the basis of professional nursing care. Together with the operational and the educational house managers, you form the leadership team of a house network. The professionals working in the house network are accompanied, supported and empowered by you in their daily work.

For this, we entrust you with the responsibility:

• Professional nursing leadership in the house network
• Professional and conceptual further development of nursing as a member of the team of nursing house managers (nursing specialists)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Efficient and effective cooperation with the nursing service
• Collaboration with external professionals (specialist doctors, therapists and other specialist agencies)

You fit with us and this position if you also place our residents at the centre of your work and bring the following:

• Qualified nurse (FH, HF)
• Additional training as a nursing specialist (preferably in neuro-rehabilitation, geriatrics or palliative care)
• Several years of professional experience in a relevant environment for the position
• Good professional and social skills
• High willingness for interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
