Co-Service and Bar Manager for Evening (80-100%) | Tuchlaube - Cafe & Bar

In the heart of the old town of Aarau is the Tuchlaube. The meeting place for everyone from young to old, who like to be welcomed as friends, and appreciate good service. Already in the morning, the motivated team tempts with lovingly prepared coffee and tea specialties. Homemade, seasonal dishes are available all day on the menu, and in the evening the ambiance invites you to enjoy cocktails.

You enjoy this variety and the uncomplicated atmosphere. You are eager to work in a family team both as a service professional and as a barista or bartender.

Your tasks

• You take care of the well-being of our guests - either by preparing drinks behind the bar or as head of service
• After the introductory period, you will take over the shift management in the evening in the absence of the bar manager. In doing so, you lead employees, implement internal and external guidelines, and ensure quality in both products and service

What you bring

• Experience in the hospitality industry and joy in the profession
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, flexibility, independence, and willingness to serve
• Leadership experience and pleasant communication skills at eye level
• Resilience and efficient working style

We offer evening shifts without room hours. The working days are at least Saturday to Tuesday, but a higher workload is also possible. During holiday replacements, day shifts may also be required. We will train you in 'Latte Art' and 'Mixing Cocktails', and thanks to a friendly working atmosphere (of course, in compliance with the L-GAV), you can actively contribute your ideas.
