Polymechanic – CNC Turner
Activities
- Independent setup, programming, and machining of production parts (single pieces and small series) on twin-spindle lathes (DMG Mori Seiki) with bar loader
- Independent creation and commissioning of programs
- Determination and presetting of required tools, clamping, and measuring equipment
- Working according to technical drawings
- Quality control of machined parts
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic and several years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge in CNC turning, possibly also in milling
- Enjoyment of complex machining and enthusiasm for the world of cutting technology
- Precise, reliable, and systematic way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking with high quality standards
