The Arte Conference Center AG consists of the 4-star Hotel Arte and the 3-star Hotel Oltnerhof, both located in Olten.

Hotel Arte is known throughout Switzerland as an excellent 4* seminar and congress hotel, ideally located in Olten. The offer includes 12 modern congress and seminar rooms, equipped with the latest technology and with a capacity for up to 500 people. In addition, there are 79 modern hotel rooms and an excellent international cuisine in the "pure" restaurant with lounge, bar, and terrace.

Hotel Oltnerhof is a hotel-garni with 15 double and single rooms each and has been part of the company since January 1, 2020.

In this exciting position, you ensure the optimal utilization of our seminar and banquet rooms and actively support our guests before, during, and after their events. The role offers a balanced mix of office and front-line activities.

What does your workday look like?

• Sales talks, offers, confirmations, follow-ups
• Management of events in the CRM and reservation system Sihot
• On-site support of events and banquet functions
• General organizational and administrative tasks
• Representation of the head of seminar and banquet sales during their absence
• Support in service
• You work in a team of four people

What should your experience background look like?

• You have already worked in a similar position or have proven your sales talent as a restaurant specialist or receptionist for several years.
• Good language and spelling skills in German are required; any additional language is an advantage.
• You should be proficient in using Office programs.

You are a sales talent, recognize guest needs, and realize additional sales. Your profitable, helpful, and open manner convinces guests again and again.
