Project Manager Public Transport
Office for Energy and Transport | 80-100% | Chur
The Office for Energy and Transport is the cantonal competence center for questions in the areas of energy and public transport. In the field of public transport, we are responsible for the strategic planning and mutual coordination of all public transport in the canton of Graubünden. We coordinate public transport by train and bus and take the lead in planning, designing, and implementing projects for a future-oriented public transport system. Good connections to the national and international rail network as well as regular and frequent connections in regional and suburban transport are of central importance for maintaining and further developing the living, tourism, and economic area of Graubünden.
We are looking for a Project Manager Public Transport for the Office for Energy and Transport starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Planning the public transport offer in the canton of Graubünden on rail and road
- Leading the timetable process
- Implementing and further developing concepts for public transport in the canton
- Developing regional transport concepts
- Managing projects
- Transport planner, transport engineer, or public transport specialist with experience in service planning and interest in public transport in the canton of Graubünden
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, negotiation skills, and tact in dealing with transport companies, authorities, and associations
- Experience in independently handling conceptual issues
- Confident command of the German language in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of Italian is an advantage
