Based on our solid economic success and in light of customer orientation, market sensitivity, and flexibility, we are looking for an Area Manager:in for the regions of West/Central/East Switzerland to strengthen our team within the Griesser/weinor group starting immediately.
Your area of responsibility
- Expansion and support of our specialist dealer network in the area of deployment
- Sale of high-quality aluminum outdoor glazing and shading systems (product range of our subsidiary weinor)
- Contact person for application questions from our customers, combined with technical and commercial advice
- Expansion and support of our specialist dealer network in the assigned area
- Design and implementation of presentations, training, and sales events
- Regular customer visits in the area of deployment and at weinor in Germany (travel activity 80%)
- Independent area management and planning of your sales activities with the necessary reporting
What you bring
- Commercial or technical training, as well as several years of practical professional experience
- Industry knowledge in sun/weather protection is an advantage, alternatively knowledge of the construction/building trades "around the house"
- Relevant B2B field experience, ideally combined with experience in selling complex products on an emotional and technical level
- Confident, positive demeanor as well as good communication and presentation skills
- Technical understanding, creativity, analytical and structured approach
- Knowledge of French and German (m/s)
- Creativity as well as high customer and solution orientation with a "hands-on mentality"
- Structured, analytical working and procedural approach
- Strategically advantageous place of residence in the sales area
- Proficient in IT applications (MS Office product range)
- Driving license category B
