Your Tasks
You value individual, holistic, and high-quality care and support for our residents. For the relatives, you are a professional contact person who responsibly takes care of concerns and questions. You appreciate teamwork and are curious about innovative working methods such as Grade-Skill-Mix. You take on the daily responsibility for 36 residents as well as co-responsibility for the design and implementation of the care process as a nursing reference person.
Your Profile
- Secondary level education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in nursing
- Very good German skills
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Organizational skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
