Chef de Partie à la Carte 100% (m/w/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Preparation of à la carte dishes as well as daily menus for the restaurants in Hotel Pilatus-Kulm
- Creating the entire mise en place
- Orders for your own area
- Assisting with banquets and special events
- Monitoring the regulations according to the hygiene concept
- 2 evening shifts per week (including overnight stay on the mountain)
You bring with you
- Completed training as a cook EFZ
- Experience in the same position
- Creativity in shaping the menu offerings
- Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
