You take responsibility in a key area of energy supply. With your expertise, you lead a dedicated team of 2 specialists for protection settings and 9 commissioning engineers and continuously develop standards and processes in commissioning and protection technology.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the commissioning team
- Coordination of commissioning services for secondary technology with a focus on protection and field level
- Responsibility for protection tests and protection settings in the Axpo Grid AG network
- Further development of internal concepts and processes as well as management of improvement projects
- Project and subproject management with a focus on deadlines, costs, and quality
- Acquisition and handling of third-party market orders including offer preparation
Profile & Requirements
- Technical or university degree in electrical engineering or comparable education
- Several years of experience in protection technology and team leadership
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the Swiss energy sector
- Confident in using Office365 and SAP
- Team-oriented personality with a structured working style and high independence
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
