- Solid experience in traditional or Mediterranean cuisine
- Able to manage a service of 80 to 120 covers, in tandem with a second cook
- Good mastery of cooking meats, fish, pasta, and pizzas
- Sense of organization, speed, rigor, and impeccable hygiene
- Team spirit, autonomy, and stress resistance
- Full-time position, immediate start or to be agreed
