- Processing of collection cases, as well as cancellations related to outstanding payments
- Review and processing of all incoming documents related to In/Ex-collection across all channels (mail, email, Syrius)
- Telephone and written contact with customers regarding outstanding payments, payment agreements, service blocks, including individual solution finding in German, French, and English
- Implementation of collection measures: reminders, payment requests, payment agreements, as well as escalations in case of payment default / service blocks
- Monitoring payment deadlines and initiating dunning procedures in case of continued non-payment
- Handling of payouts in the context of ex-collection cases
- Creation and maintenance of collection documentation and its processes
- Clarification of special cases, e.g. in legal disputes or special contractual arrangements
- Interface function to distribution, underwriting, and accounting
- Support in ongoing improvement projects in the In/Ex-collection area, e.g. automation, process optimization, and efficiency enhancement

- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge in the field of collection, especially experience with Syrius and collection processes
- Excellent oral and written German skills, very good knowledge of French and English; Italian is an advantage
- Independent, precise, and service-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit, and resilience in hectic moments
- Motivation and drive to take responsibility in an agile team, work independently, and advance customer-oriented solutions
