* Support group-wide treasury management, including liquidity planning, cash flow monitoring, and financial control
* Are responsible for and further develop transfer pricing structures and intercompany processes in a growing international hospitality group
* Prepare analyses, reports, and decision-making bases for internal stakeholders as well as external partners (e.g., tax advisors, auditors, banks)
* Accompany financing and start-up processes and support coordination with external financial partners
* Analyze balance sheets and financial risks across multiple companies
* Actively contribute to the further development of treasury and finance processes and systems

* Have a degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable qualification
* Bring several years of professional experience in treasury, transfer pricing, or corporate finance
* Ideally have already worked in the hotel industry, hospitality environment, or a service-oriented multi-entity company
* Think analytically, work structured, and are eager to help shape rather than just manage
* Feel comfortable in a dynamic environment with growth, change, and new structures
* Communicate confidently and fluently with internal and external contacts in German and English
