Your tasks

You are responsible for the timely processing of creditor invoices and credit notes
You independently code due invoices for the ancillary cost statements
You carry out the necessary clarifications for credit notes (both internally and externally)
You independently conduct internal clarifications in case of uncertainties in coding

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education
You bring initial commercial work experience, preferably in the real estate industry
You have a good understanding of accounting / financial accounting
Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
You enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
