Head of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations

You work 80–100% in Zug – with the possibility to also work remotely

• You manage relationships with investors, analysts, and the financial community and represent V-ZUG confidently to the capital market
• You are responsible for financial communication materials such as annual and semi-annual reports, earnings presentations, investor presentations, and fact sheets
• You organize roadshows, analyst meetings, capital markets days, as well as content for the general meeting and ensure effective capital market communication
• You monitor capital market trends, competitive dynamics, and investor sentiment and derive clear recommendations for management
• You ensure that disclosure, stock exchange, and regulatory requirements are always met
• You define and manage the corporate narrative, positioning, and key messages of V-ZUG
• You are responsible for proactive and reactive economic and corporate media relations and act – in close coordination with executive management – as a company spokesperson
• You develop and maintain key corporate communications assets such as corporate presentations, messaging frameworks, or corporate content
• You lead crisis and issues communication and ensure organizational preparedness with clear processes, tools, and coordinated messages
• You develop strategic communication content for management, e.g., speeches, statements, or messages for internal and external audiences
• You lead and develop a small team in internal and external communication (1-2 FTE)
• You manage external agencies and consultants and ensure high quality standards
• You work closely with Finance, Legal, Sustainability, People & Culture, and other key functions and advise executive management on communication, reputation, and strategic stakeholder engagement

• In addition to a university degree in communication sciences and business administration, you have at least twelve years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications – ideally in a publicly listed company
• You have a proven track record in working with investors, analysts, and business media – nationally and internationally
• You have a deep understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and regulatory disclosure requirements
• You have experience handling crisis and sensitive communication situations
• You bring leadership experience – both in team management and in managing diverse stakeholders
• You think strategically, communicate clearly, and know how to translate complex financial and business content into precise messages
• You act with high judgment, credibility, and discretion
• You convince with strong presentation and speaking skills and appear confident even in demanding situations
• You work in a structured, resilient, and effective manner – even under high dynamics and time pressure
• You bring a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset and know how to convince and provide orientation at the executive level
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken
