In this role, you act as the interface between our products, services and our customers in property management for the cantons ZH, SH, TG, AR, AI and SG.

We are looking for a doer who will roll up their sleeves and support us from March 2027 as a Key Account Manager in Property Management for the cantons ZH, SH, TG, AR, AI and SG.

These are your tasks:
In this role, you act as the interface between our products, services and our customers in property management. As a frontline employee, alongside competent advice, the maintenance and expansion of our business relationships are central to your activities. You represent our products and services for consumption-based energy and water cost billing as well as the associated app and monitoring solutions. This also includes independently arranging appointments and administering work from the home office. In your daily work, you will be supported by our motivated team and the most modern working tools.
What you bring:

• Completed basic building technology training complemented by commercial experience
• Further training and/or experience in property management is an advantage
• Experience in field service
• Likeable, communicative personality with a polished appearance and strong customer orientation
• Reliability and a structured, independent working style
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Your place of residence is within the area of activity
