The City Construction Office provides services in the areas of urban planning, building permit and building police matters, building construction and civil engineering, municipal operations, wastewater disposal, and environmental protection. This is your job
- Handling our building construction projects
- Handling tendering, subsidy, and contract matters
- Representing the client in medium and large projects from the planning phase to the handover of operations
- Responsibility for quality, schedule, and cost security within the projects
- Drafting stylistically confident applications
This is what you bring
- University or university of applied sciences degree in architecture or an equivalent education in construction
- Several years of professional experience as a client representative in a public administration
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- High presence competence, personal responsibility, and initiative
- Confident written and oral communication skills
- Responsible, resilient, and flexible personality
