<h2>Your missions</h2><ul><li>Be the methods referent for the 5-axis machining workshop.</li><li>Participate in the industrialization of new products by defining machining operating modes as well as operating ranges.</li><li>Create machining programs (CAM) on Alphacam.</li><li>Design specific tools as well as machining clamps on Solidworks.</li><li>Make purchase requests for the equipment/tools necessary for prototype production.</li><li>Manage projects for the installation of new equipment and improvements.</li><li>Support the Quality department in solving technical problems to ensure product compliance.</li><li>Write technical documents (instruction sheets, forms, etc.).</li><li>Train production staff in the use of new equipment.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement projects (5S, SMED).</li></ul><h2>Your profile</h2><ul><li>Proven experience in 5-axis machining with rework (Fanuc Robodrill / Bumotec S191).</li><li>Good command of Alphacam.</li><li>Good command of ISO code.</li><li>Basic knowledge of CAD (Solidworks).</li><li>Technician or bachelor, holder of a CFC as a micromechanic or polymachinist.</li><li>Enjoy technical challenges.</li><li>Be proactive.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.</li><li>Initiative, creativity, autonomy.</li></ul>
