The RgZ Foundation has been supporting the development, life design and social integration of people with movement disorders, developmental impairments, intellectual or multiple disabilities for over 65 years. In eight early counselling and therapy centres for children, two special education schools, two day centres, a sheltered workshop, a bicycle workshop, a restaurant, seven socially pedagogically supervised apartments and a residential home for adults, around 290 employees annually promote, teach, care for and employ approximately 3500 children, young people and adults. Head of Finance, HR and IT
As a member of the management team, you are responsible for the areas of finance, HR and IT and further develop these together with your team of seven employees. The focus is on the financial management of the foundation: you are responsible for financial accounting, cost accounting and asset accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER 21, quarterly, interim and annual financial statements, budgeting, financial and investment planning as well as controlling and reporting. You also ensure correct billing to the various service providers and further develop the internal control system. In HR, you ensure reliable personnel processes and professional administration. In addition, together with an external service provider, you ensure a secure and modern IT infrastructure.
For this versatile leadership role, we are looking for an experienced finance professional with advanced training in finance and accounting and leadership experience in a comparable function. You are familiar with the foundation environment and, ideally, also with the billing method of the canton of Zurich. You also impress with strong social skills and your calm and considered personality. You are a team player who values a cooperative, trusting working atmosphere but also thinks and acts in a holistic and networked manner.
