District Sales Executive (m/f/d)
Job Description
You will passionately manage new and existing customers in a clearly defined sales territory. You are not alone in this: together with colleagues from Switzerland and around the world, product managers, and other departments, you develop individual solutions around transport, customs clearance, and supply chain. You actively contribute your know-how and passion for smart logistics concepts.
Your tasks:
- Acquisition of new customers: You build new customer contacts and effectively present our portfolio
- Support and development of existing customers: You maintain long-term customer relationships, identify cross- and upselling potentials, and develop individual solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organization and execution of customer appointments: You independently plan, coordinate, and prepare customer appointments and conduct them professionally.
- Responsibility for offer and tender documents: You ensure that all offer and tender documents are complete, of high quality, and submitted on time.
- Maintenance of the CRM system: You carefully document all relevant customer information and activities in the CRM system, ensuring a transparent and up-to-date data basis.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training in forwarding or a comparable commercial qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in the logistics industry, ideally with proven sales success
- Very good German and English skills – French is a plus
- You enjoy working independently, keep an overview, and approach tasks in a structured manner
- You present yourself confidently, can present well, and negotiate with tact
- MS Office? No problem for you – you navigate confidently through common programs
