Head of Tax Consulting
Your tasks
- Professional, personnel, and results-oriented management of the tax consulting department
- Further development of holistic, customer-oriented tax consulting
- Support and coaching of employees in complex issues as well as in customer consulting
- Active support of customer acquisition in cooperation with the front units
- Consulting and support of clients in demanding tax cases and special topics
- Responsibility for quality assurance and continuous development of the tax consulting offer
- Active interface management as well as participation in cross-departmental projects
- Lead in the professional development and positioning of tax consulting
Our requirements
- Advanced professional training in the tax or fiduciary area (e.g., certified tax expert, fiduciary, FH/University with a focus on taxes)
- Several years of professional experience in tax consulting, tax administration, fiduciary or banking sector
- Sound expertise in the area of taxes for natural persons (Switzerland)
- Experience in customer care and in developing customer relationships
- Affinity for acquisition and recognizing business potential
- Very good, confident German and English skills
