Your area of responsibility:
You ensure sustainable, innovative, and economical scheduling of concrete deliveries as well as logistical services and support Holcim in meeting its high requirements for safety, quality, and environmental standards
You enjoy contributing your expertise and promoting or ensuring the lawful and fair use of modern digitalized vehicles in daily and weekly planning
You serve our customers reliably and convince them through optimal concrete production in quantity, quality, as well as in the desired transport form and time window
You also participate in minor maintenance and repair work (plant)
Your profile:
Customer contact and teamwork are important to you, and you want to convince with professional conduct and service
Safety is a priority, you are interested in production and technology, and new challenges motivate you
Your goal is to convince through proactive and independent action as well as professional and structured work
You love variety, are willing to be deployed as a substitute in different areas of responsibility, and enjoy exchanging ideas with others
You have completed vocational training, are open to the digitalization trend, and ideally bring corresponding professional experience and/or education
