In the canton of Thurgau, all residents should feel safe. This is ensured by around 500 employees of the Thurgau Cantonal Police around the clock with a modern organization and in close contact with the population.

The employees of the Medical Emergency Call Center 144, part of the Cantonal Emergency Call Center in Frauenfeld, take care of incoming medical emergency calls in shifts. They support and instruct those seeking help. They coordinate the rescue organizations and know: Every minute and their professionalism count.

Our team is looking for you, a committed personality, immediately or by arrangement as

• Receiving and attending to incoming emergency calls in shift work
• Coordination of medical emergencies
• Referral to other medical emergency services
• Handling various administrative tasks

• Requirement is one of the following completed trainings: certified paramedic HF; transport paramedic with federal diploma; federal diploma dispatcher emergency call center; certified nurse HF with emergency experience or medical practice assistant
• Confident handling of digital work tools and communication systems foreign languages
• Appreciative and empathetic interaction with those seeking help, team colleagues, emergency teams, and partners
• Independent and solution-oriented action – even under pressure
