Commercial Internship in Property Management Summer 2026 (WMS or Commercial School)

As an intern, you work in a team and, together with your supervisor, ensure that our customers' properties and their tenants are in good hands. The tasks at Livit are diverse and varied.

• You have frequent telephone contact with tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, authorities, etc.
• You support your supervisor in the preparation and execution of apartment inspections/handovers
• You handle various customer concerns
• You assist in renting apartments as well as ancillary objects such as garages and parking spaces, including contract creation
• You prepare debtor and final invoices
• You assist in issuing repair/renovation orders and monitoring them
• You create various correspondence and perform general administrative tasks

• You have completed the academic part of commercial/business middle school with good to very good grades
• You have good manners and express yourself fluently in spoken and written German
• You are interested in the business processes and contexts in the real estate industry
• You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and like working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take responsibility
• You are curious and open to changes
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
