Head of Customer Service & Customer Development 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Leadership and further development of customer service
• Ensuring a first-class customer experience
• Support and advice for our customers regarding service, repair, and maintenance work
• Identifying and utilising sales and cross-selling potential
• Planning and coordinating workshop appointments and vehicle throughput
• Responsibility for achieving targets in customer service
• Optimising processes and workflows
• Close collaboration with the workshop and management
• Complaint management and professional customer care

Your profile

• Completed training in the automotive industry
• Further training as a customer service advisor, diagnostician, workshop manager, or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in customer service at a garage operation
• Strong sales and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• High initiative and sense of responsibility
• Confident and professional appearance
• Good IT user skills Driving licence category B
