On behalf of our Vaud client, active in a large-scale digital transformation context, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic Front-to-Back program within the Asset Management domain.
Integrated into a cross-functional team attached to corporate functions and information systems, you will play a central role in analyzing, structuring, and translating business needs into coherent functional solutions, in close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and integrators.
Qualify and frame business requests, lead workshops, and formalize requirements
Model business processes (BPMN) and write user stories and functional specifications
Contribute to solution design in collaboration with IT architects
Identify dependencies, risks, and cross-functional impacts
Prepare and coordinate functional and UAT tests, participate in deliverable validation
Contribute to the definition and monitoring of the project roadmap for the Asset Management scope
Support Asset Owners and asset managers in Front-to-Back transformation initiatives, bridging business challenges and IT solutions
University degree or equivalent
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Significant experience in an Asset Management or related environment
Strong experience in implementing or configuring portfolio management and/or order management platforms
Confirmed practice of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Very good knowledge of modeling standards (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate)
Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable functional specifications
Organizational skills, rigor, and quality orientation
Leadership, proactivity, and team spirit
Fluent French
English C1 minimum
Activity rate: 80%
On-site presence required at the start, with the possibility of partial remote work thereafter
Residence in Switzerland or nearby (relocation possible)
