About the job
What you can achieve
- Produce powder mixtures according to specified recipes and weigh aromas and components precisely.
- Provide raw materials and components from the warehouse and prepare them for production.
- Record work steps in the MES/SAP system and document mixtures correctly.
- Label and mark prepared filling bags cleanly so that they can be further processed at the plant.
- Ensure a structured and hygienic mixing process.
- Work independently in a small team and support smooth operations in daily business.
What you bring with you
- Physical robustness and willingness to regularly lift bags up to 25 kg.
- Very good German skills as well as clear communication ability and willingness to work in a 2-shift system without night shifts.
- Careful, precise working method and good understanding of work instructions.
- Affinity for digital systems, ideally first experience with MES or SAP.
- High hygiene and safety awareness in the food environment.
- Experience in production or the food industry is an advantage – motivated career changers are also welcome.
