Skills
- Experience in fine dining and strong communication skills required.
- Passion for guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Fluency in German and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Currently, we have the following hotels:
Huus Bären (18 rooms) with Bärenstobe as a fine dining restaurant (100 seats) and Taverne as a bar & smoking lounge (35 seats)
Huus Löwen **** (24 rooms) with Löwenstube as an Appenzell specialty restaurant (50 seats inside and 80 seats outside), banquet hall for business or private events (60 seats)
Opening 2025:
Huus Quell ***** (30 rooms and suites) with bar & lounge, as well as a 2,200 m2 wellness and treatment area
Your tasks- You ensure a smooth service process in the restaurant at all service times
- Careful and responsible management of your own station
- You professionally take care of the guests' well-being and give them a reason to come back to us

You are a warm, open, and enthusiastic person who pampers our valued guests with great joy and attention to detail. You already have experience in upscale gastronomy. In addition to impeccable appearance and well-groomed looks, you convince with your charm, communication skills, and good people skills.
You enjoy working in a young team and your flexibility allows assignments in various areas.
You speak German, are already established in Appenzellerland or the surrounding area, and additional foreign language skills complete your profile.
