Business Supporter (temporary until 31.12.2027)

• You support our team during the transition phase from REM to Garaio REM, temporarily until at least 31.12.2027 (continued employment possible by mutual agreement)
• You are responsible for the specialist support of the core applications Garaio REM, Salesforce, and Tenant Portal
• You advise and instruct users, business analysts, and specialist departments in the implementation of business processes
• You resolve and analyze incidents/problems
• You test and coordinate releases of the specialist applications
• You are responsible for lecturing and moderation on knowledge platforms as well as for creating e-learnings and classroom training

• You have completed a commercial basic education
• You preferably have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• You have a structured and analytical approach and are digitally savvy
• You preferably have professional experience with the ERP system Garaio ERP
• You have a high customer orientation as well as a pronounced process and quality understanding
• Your native language is German and you have good language skills in French
• You are an open, initiative, and communicative personality with high flexibility
