Agricultural Machinery Mechanic (Production & Manufacturing)

• Setting up machines (providing tools, loading magazine, reading in programs, assembling and adjusting fixtures)
• Creating and performing program tests on the machine (reading programs via DNC system, discussing necessary corrections/improvements after the test run, optimizing programs with responsible departments, checking setup sheets and tool lists with responsible departments)
• Maintaining assigned machines and tools (assisting in troubleshooting in cooperation with specialists, fixing simple malfunctions, maintenance/machine cleaning according to maintenance instructions of the assigned machine, complying with safety regulations, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness)
• Operating the machine during processing (deburring workpieces, checking processed parts for shape/positional tolerances, roughness and dimensional accuracy, making corrections for tool and machine deviations, defining or adjusting workflows and operation plans with responsible departments)
• Preparing documentation (defining or adjusting workflows and operation plans according to the used equipment, determining aids and auxiliary devices)

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, plant & apparatus builder EFZ or similar
• Professional experience in the machinery or aviation industry is an advantage
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (Level B2)
