Host Couple / Hotel Manager

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for operational management (hotel & gastronomy)
• Leadership, scheduling, and development of employees
• Ensuring service, quality, and hygiene standards
• Guest care, complaint management, and regular guest relations
• Budgeting, cost control, and economic management (in cooperation with management)
• Revenue optimization (rooms, F&B, additional offers)
• Collaboration with suppliers, partners, and external service providers
• Implementation of marketing, sales, and offer strategies
• Compliance with legal requirements (labor law, safety, hygiene)
• Close coordination with ownership / management

The tasks are also ideally suited for a host couple and can be lived authentically and with heart in the family destination Lenk in the Simmental.

A prerequisite is solid leadership and operational management experience in a comparably large business (approx. 80 beds).
